Grid Miner Addon

Mods / Mods 26 [1.26]

Carving out a massive underground base or strip-mining for hours usually means mindlessly holding down the mine button until your eyes glaze over. Grid Miner essentially turns any basic pickaxe into an industrial-grade excavation tool, letting you clear out massive areas with a single block break.

Instead of cluttering your inventory with weird, overpowered custom items, this add-on just upgrades the tools you already have.

How it actually changes your workflow:

Scalable Mining: You can adjust your mining area from a standard 1x1 all the way up to a massive 16x16 grid just by opening the built-in settings menu (`/voxen:gm`).
Smart Targeting: It automatically detects the plane you are looking at. If you hit a wall, it digs a clean tunnel. If you hit the floor or ceiling, it clears a flat horizontal space.
Balanced Durability: It isn't an infinite freebie. Breaking a massive grid will absolutely shred your tool's durability, but it perfectly calculates your Unbreaking enchantments so the wear-and-tear stays fair.
Accident-Proof: It has built-in safety nets so you won't accidentally mine through Bedrock or instantly flood your tunnel by breaking a block holding back water or lava.

If you just need to break one single block to place a torch or fix a mistake, you don't even have to dive into the settings to turn the mod off. You just hold crouch, and your pickaxe temporarily goes back to normal vanilla mining.

Getting it running is super straightforward. You just hold your pickaxe, drop `/voxen:gridon` into the chat, and you instantly save yourself hours of tedious block-breaking. Plus, it works entirely in survival mode without requiring cheats, meaning your world's achievements stay completely safe.
